Definitely nice tutorial Grandmaster..but the download link to get that exact font used doesn’t work. Any alternatives you know of?

Hey i am also stuck at the point where we have to select the text. I can activate the modify menu by selecting the text with the rectangle tool but when i contract still nothing happens… any hints?

I couldn’t get past Step Two: . Once your selection is contract fill with foreground color (alt-backspace). I didn’t notice a change when I did the alt-backspace. Not sure what to do, but I’m playing around trying to figure something out. I’m using PS7. Any ideas?

Just stumbled across this – very helpful, one of the better metallic text tutorials I’ve found.

You talk about learning something new every day – the most important thing I learned from this tutorial was Ctrl+Shift+I / Cmd+Shift+I inverting the selection! Cheers!
