Since jumping into the blogging game GrandmasterB.com has started to gain notice and started looking for new and exciting ways to bring in some revenue to build up the base of operations. In the past paid text links were the best way to increase your Google PageRank and start making some real cash. Many webmasters found the flaw in the old Google algorithm, and as many of us know Google doesn’t like us taking advantage of them. Google has of course changed their algorithms and doesn’t give much weight (or any weight) to paid links now. In some cases sites are penalized for having paid text links on their sites.

What if there was a way to make your paid links look more natural to Google, help you rank higher in keyword searches, and make some money while doing it? Well, TNX.net claims their link brokering service does just that. They have developed a free tool for advertisers to make their links look like they were created naturally. So what does naturally created mean? Basically, if the Google algorithm picks up a massive amounts of new links on a single page, with the same anchors they will assume that the links were machine generated. I haven’t been able to determine yet, if this tool works in making links look more natural to Google…nor am I sure that it’s worth a shot for a new blog to try out. For the larger sites out there that can afford to take a bit of a risk in using the system I’m sure it would appeal to them more.

The thing that is appealing to a newer blog like GrandmasterB.com is that the advertising rates are very reasonable, allowing the ability to promote a larger number of keywords. The TNX system also doesn’t deal with actual cash to purchase and exchange links. Instead they use a points system which fluctuates like a live market. Webmasters can purchase points (based on the current value) and then use the points to purchase links from Advertisers, and vice-versa.

TNX.net is growing very rapidly and will soon surpass 60,000 registered users. They have sold a whopping 25 million links so far and they are selling at approximately 15,000 links per hour. I expect their service to grow more in the coming months, or until Google realizes there’s a system out there fooling their algorithm. There’s a lot of money to be made with TNX.net until that time comes though, it’s just unfortunate that I’m not ready to take on the system at this time.
